Tonight amongst my studying and photo editing, I found an old blog post from February 2006. I thought that it was worth sharing as it will give you an insight into the sort of person I was back then. I remember being so carefree, I didn't even worry about the consequences of walking out of a job during my lunch break to go to Germany.

"I grabbed these balloons from the seller in Disneyland lol!"
February 2006:
Hello peeps. Just thought that I would add a bit more to the blog. It's a chilly February afternoon and Scott's on the toilet. We recently come back from Germany after randomly booking a ferry and spending 3 days in Europe. Something I doubt I'll do when I have kids hehe.
One thing I did learn from this trip is not to order a Veggie Burger in a German Burger King unless you are going to be feeding a Rabbit. Who'd a thought, Lettuce and Bread constitutes as a Veggie Burger. Also sleeping two people in a Vauxhall Corsa isn't as easy as it looks.
I bet Scott loved the un-restricted AutoBahn, he drove about 130mph, what a boy racer!
I walked out of my job at Ten Audio Visual just before we went to Europe as well so I am still struggling to find work. I know to some people it looks like I'm not trying hard enough but I really want to start focusing on a career, not just a job. I gather that everyones views on that could be different to mine, but you only live once.!
I'll be seeing my old boss tomorrow to find out if he will pay me for the work I done for him. I guess I will tell you more then.
Back to the present day:
I found my career, the boss at TENAV never paid me, I haven't seen my stepdad since then, the Vauxhall Corsa was replaced by a BMW, I've never had a veggie burger from Germany since, and I got kicked out of Disney Land two years later but thats another story.
Bye bye
Steve.
